San Miniato al Monte on Flickr.

I’m not your typical guy that’s into sports. I like a good game every once-in-awhile, but I don’t own any jerseys or hats. I’ve even wondered if a city’s investment of so much time and money in a team, a stadium, etc. was really worth it. Well I watched a good baseball game last night, and it gave me joy. And, even more so the next day to see an entire city smile – we all had something to talk about, we all had something in common.
